 | 11-Aug-2002My notes are not completely complete, there are jumps I don't get a
chance to write down or can't identify. Think of these as rough draft
ideas of skaters programs.
 Junior Ladie's Final
Tasha MaMoody
Popped an axel. It looks like she fell on a triple loop,
but I can't read my notes very well. She landed a double/double a
salchow another double jump a double axel and a loop/loop combination.
She held her spirals well and she has a pretty layback spin. 7th place.
Erica Aden
She landed a triple/double combination and a triple
salchow/double toe. She did a cool spin combination of camel spin into a
flying sit spin. She landed double axle/double toe, but fell on the
second axel. She landed double loop, and another double jump. She has a
beautiful layback spin. She is very musical. She finished in third place
and was very, very happy when she saw her placement.
Shanell Noji
She stepped out of a triple jump then did the double toe.
She landed a triple salchow, a double jump a double axel, a triple loop
I don't know what the revolutions were. She fell on another triple and
landed yet another triple. She has a nice split jump with good height.
Ended with a blur scratch. 2nd place.
Sandra Rucker
Skated to Toccata and Fugue. She landed a double axel,
fell on the lutz, landed a triple jump and a triple salchow. She landed
a triple loop and a double jump. She did a nice series of footwork into
a split jump into a double jump. She is very fast and smooth. 1st place.
Aanya Reiten
Very dramatic presentation. Fell on something, landed a
double lutz then fell again. She has a beautiful layback spin. She did a
loop/toe combination. She does a change edge spiral and a layback
spiral. She is very fast, really floats on the ice. She did a split jump
then a triple salchow. Landed another double jump. She ended with a
really beautiful really fast combination spin. 6th place.
Whitney McMillan
She did a double axel/toe/loop series. Fell on a
salchow. Landed a double jump a loop and a single axel. She landed
another double jump and a split double combination. She did some cool
lunges in her footwork. 10 place.
Katherine Specht
She landed a double lutz/double toe, popped
something. She has a really nice sit spin position with her arms
straight down at her side and a nice straight back. She landed a
double/double combination two other double jumps and put her hand down
on a triple salchow. She did one jump that had the crowd cheering, but I
missed it so I have no idea what it is. 11th place.
Julian Burns
(Dr. Zhivago) She fell out of a double axel. Landed a
triple jump and a triple salchow. She had something that I really liked
but I just can't read my notes. She fell out of a flying sit spin, but
was able to get back into it and finish the spin. She did a forward
spiral switching to a back spiral without putting down her free leg,
very nice. She fell on adouble axle and put her hand down on a triple
salchow. She had a very cute grin on her face at the end of the program.
4th place.
Jessica Perino
Double axel, triple salchow and double axel, a
double/double combination a double lutz and a double/1/2 loop/double
combination. Butterflies into a camels spin into a very good ending
combination spin. 9th

She started out with a combination that might have been
a triple combination, or a double/double I can't tell. She then landed a
double jump. She did a beautiful spiral right on the crescendo of the
music. She landed double axel/double toe and a double loop. She did a
beautiful Charlotte into a back spiral, very nice line. She fell on a
