Juggling camera and notebook I can't always take notes. So I don't have reports for everyone. And site lines at the rink are not good, so I miss a lot of jump entrances or landings.

Jr. Ladies Group A Short Program

Whitney McMillan, Tri Cities FSC
Axel was fine. She has a really deep arch in her layback spin and a gorgeous camel. 5th place
Shanell Noji, All Year FSC
Great layback spin, with some nice arm movements. Two footed the axel. She landed a triple/double combination her jump out of stemps was fine. She had a great, fast combination spin, ended with a blur scratch. 2nd place
Jessica Perino, Los Angeles FSC
She has a pretty layback spin. She did a double/double combination. And she is very, very fast. 4th place.
Sandra Rucker, Los Angeles FSC
Popped the axel. She did a triple loop/double toe, she was tiled forward on the landing, but she landed it. She has a very pretty layback spin. She has gorgeous line and a very polished skater. 3rd place.
Julian Burns, Capitol City FSC
Very graceful skater did a lovely program to Clare De Lune. Triple/double combination, double axel was fine. She has lovely expression, nice flow, just a lovely to watch. 1st place
Shelley Miller, Santa Rosa FSC
She did an extra turn on the landing of the double axel. She missed the 2nd jump out of her combination and she turned out of her jump out of steps. She had a deep arch in her layback spin. Good flow and ice coverage but jumps just weren't there. 7th place.
Katherine Specht
She fell on something. She has a very pretty layback spin. She 2 footed another jump. She has good extension in her camel spin. Jump out of steps was good. She did a cute ending pose on one foot. 6th place.
