Junior Men Short

Dustin Brinsmade
He fell on the triple lutz. Double axel was fine. He did a flying sit spin. He did a double loop out of some twirly steps. He is a good spinner he has fast well centered spins. Skated to Bach's Toccata and Fugue.
Dennis Phan
He had good speed. Double axel was fine. Fell on the triple lutz and put his hand down on the triple loop out of steps. He skated to When Johnny Comes Marching Home.
Bradford Griffies
Put his hands down on the triple lutz, singled the axel, and did a double loop out of steps. At the end of the program he made a little pistol pantomime and shot himself in the head, poor kid. He skated to Business of Love.
Nicholas LaRoche
Whoah this kid barreled across the ice like gangbusters. He landed a triple lutz/triple toe, but fell on the triple loop. His double axel was fine. He had a nice camel spin, good position, but it traveled a lot after he changed feet. His flying sit spin had very good speed. He was very expressive and I liked him a lot.
Joshua Uster
He did a double lutz, and a double loop out of twirly steps. He skated to swing music and had good presentation. But his camel spin was slow. I have no notes on what happened to his axel.
Jordan Wilson
He did a triple axel/triple toe but put his hand down on the axel. He stepped out of the triple loop and his double axel was fine. He skated to the music from Shaft and wore a shoulder holster.
Matthew Lind
He landed a triple lutz/double toe and a triple loop. He had a big smile on his face. He did a cool dance leap in his footwork. And in his connecting steps he hopped up and clicked his heels together, very nice. Unfortunately he double footed his double axel and his camel barely got around.
Shaun Rogers
He landed a triple axel/double toe, and a double loop. He also had a dance leap in his footwork sequence. He was very fast. His double axel wobbled a bit on the landing but it was clean. He ended with a flying sit spin.
Benjamin Miller
Oh my he had the biggest grin on his face throughout his program. As Richard said he really looked like he was enjoying himself. He started with a spread eagle down center ice, only not tilted back it was a standing straight up spread eagle and he did them throughout his program. Very nice. He landed a triple lutz/double toe combination. And then did a spread eagle into a triple loop. Last year it was his spins that cost him the title. This year his sit spin has improved very much but his camel is still very slow. He was very fast and just flew across the ice.
Jordan Brauninger
He landed a triple lutz/double toe and a triple loop and a double axel. He had a very good combination spin, fast and very nice positions. He had good speed.
Adam Aronowitz
He did a popped lutz/triple toe combination. His double axel was fine, he got a big grin on his face after he landed the axel. He did a double loop out of back 3 turns. He did a doughnut spin.
Daniel Steffel
Poor kid it was not his night. He fell on his jump combo and jump out of steps and only landed the double axel. But he had some good footwork.
